Remove the pages you don't need and keep the rest.

How to delete pages from a PDF

  1. Drop a PDF into the box above, or choose one.
  2. Click each page you want to remove, or type pages such as 2, 5-7 and press Select.
  3. Select Remove, then download the new PDF.

Delete pages or extract them?

Both leave you with fewer pages. Deleting is quicker when you're dropping a few pages, like a blank page or an old cover sheet. When you only need a few pages out of many, extract them with Split PDFinstead.

Common uses

  • Blank pages in a scan. Double-sided scanning often adds blank backs between pages. Click each blank page in the previews and remove them all in one go.
  • A cover sheet you don't need. Drop the fax cover, terms page or advert that came with a document before you forward it to someone else.
  • Sending just part of a statement. Need to send only the summary page of a statement or report? Remove the pages the recipient doesn't need, then send the shorter file.

Questions

How do I choose pages to remove?

Click them in the page previews, or type them in the box (for example 2, 5-7) and press Select. Click a page again to keep it.

Can I remove every page?

No. A PDF needs at least one page, so at least one has to stay.

Does removing pages change the rest of the document?

The pages you keep are copied exactly as they were, in their original order.
